the room was bright, clean, and cozy with an excellent bed and pillows. i appreciated the little fridge and tea and coffee supplies. the food was also impressive, and i found the parking convenient. the staff were friendly and eager to help, making my experience enjoyable.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting the nearby university hospital. The friendly staff made me feel welcome right away, and my spacious room was impressively clean and comfortable. The hotel's location next to the Sharks club was convenient for meals, including a fantastic buffet breakfast that exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which had a good cocktail selection. Plus, the free undercover parking was a great bonus!

centrally located just next door to gold coast hockey centre, the pub, and other restaurants in a cab, liked it. the staff was very helpful and top-class, my every need was addressed. my double room had a lounge and a safe box.

The location of the hotel is super handy for my business trip, with easy access to local amenities and major roads. The room was quite clean and the king bed was comfy, so I appreciated that after a long day. Plus, the bathroom was nicely stocked and well-appointed.

The noise levels were unbearable! I was woken up early by drilling noises and the rooftop bar was so loud I couldn't relax. The Wi-Fi and TV setup were confusing too, with no instructions provided. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like noise and tech headaches!
